On the morning of April 27th, the groundbreaking ceremony for Zhengqiang Corporation Limited’s New Energy Vehicle Parts Smart Factory Project was successfully held. Invited guests included Ni Shiying, Standing Committee Member of the Xiaoshan District Committee and Head of the United Front Work Department; Wang Yanping, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the District Bureau of Economy and Information Technology; Wu Kaibin, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the District Development and Reform Bureau; Hu Binfeng, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau; and Wu Chuanlin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Xiaoshan Branch of the Municipal Planning and Resources Bureau. Leaders from Shushan Subdistrict, including Shi Haiyong, Shi Chao, Wu Zhigang, Zhong Lejun, and Lai Xiaojie; the head of Zhangpanqiao Village; representatives from the construction unit (Zhengqiang Co., Ltd.) and the contractor (Baosheng Group); heads of relevant partner units; and staff members from both Zhengqiang Co., Ltd. and Baosheng Group attended the ceremony.

Shi Haiyong, Secretary of the Subdistrict Party Working Committee, congratulated the successful holding of the groundbreaking ceremony. He pointed out that in recent years, Zhengqiang Co., Ltd. has continuously grown and expanded, making outstanding contributions to Shushan's economic development, job creation, technical talent cultivation, and charitable causes.  
Shi Haiyong stated that Zhengqiang Co., Ltd.'s New Energy Vehicle Parts Smart Factory Project is a key industrial project for Shushan this year. Upon completion and operation, the project will not only add 350 million RMB in industrial output value for Shushan but also establish another exemplary benchmark for Shushan's advanced manufacturing sector, actively exploring "industrial vertical development" for the subdistrict. Shi Haiyong expressed three expectations for Zhengqiang Co., Ltd.:  
1.Accelerate Construction, Seize the Timeline 
Hope Zhengqiang Co., Ltd. will collaborate with the construction unit to expedite the project, striving for early completion and operation while ensuring quality and safety, aiming to build a high-quality project.  
2.Grasp Trends, Persist in Innovation
Hope Zhengqiang Co., Ltd. will seize new trends in the global automotive industry in its future development, adhere to innovation-driven growth, strengthen technological R&D, and continuously enhance the technological content and added value of its products.  
3.Enhance Momentum, Boost Development
Hope Zhengqiang Co., Ltd. will use Shushan as its headquarters economy and innovation base, continuously generating new development momentum with new productive forces, thereby contributing to high-quality economic development for Shushan and the entire district.  
Shi Haiyong emphasized that Shushan Subdistrict will thoroughly implement the district committee and district government's three major campaigns, leveraging the functions of its three special task forces for investment promotion, project advancement, and enterprise assistance services. With stronger resolve, greater efforts, and better services, the subdistrict will support the effective implementation of Zhengqiang Co., Ltd.'s New Energy Vehicle Parts Smart Factory Project and assist enterprises within its jurisdiction, represented by Zhengqiang Co., Ltd., in achieving faster, better, and higher-quality development.
